The calendar shows all of your past and future appointments so you can manage them easily in one place. You can choose to view them by filtering them into a list of upcoming appointments, see an overview of them on the calendar by day, or select the month view to see at a glance which days you’ll be seeing customers. From any view, the green “Add” button will let you create a new appointment for your customers. Selecting any appointment will allow you to see details, update the date and time, remove it, or mark it as paid if you haven’t collected full payment up front. Syncing an external calendar will allow you to see any other events you have planned alongside your appointments so you don’t book a customer over an important engagement. If you haven’t synced calendars yet, click on Settings, and then choose Calendar Syncing to keep all your important events accessible.
